Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you interact with Hafez Taplux Group, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect
- Contact details you submit through forms, WhatsApp, WeChat, email or phone — name, phone, email, preferred city, indicative budget, goals and any free-text notes.
- Technical information when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location, used for analytics and security.
- Communications between you and our advisors, retained for case continuity and regulatory record-keeping.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To respond to enquiries and provide advisory services — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract.
- To comply with anti-money-laundering and know-your-client rules — legal obligation.
- To improve our site and services — our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
- To send occasional market updates — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with parties needed to deliver the service you engaged us for — for example legal counsel handling your citizenship application, the Turkish notary, certified appraisers, banks executing transfers, and our hosting and analytics providers. All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
International transfers
Some recipients sit outside Türkiye (for example a hosting region in the EU). Where this is the case we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards under Turkish KVKK and EU GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a client engagement begins, in which case records are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering law (typically 8 years after the transaction).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@taplux.com. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority; Turkish residents may complain to the KVKK Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
